In-home consultation
Javier visits your home, measures the space, asks what you're trying to accomplish, and identifies anything that could complicate the scope. Free, no pressure, typically scheduled within the week.
Written line-item estimate
Within 48 hours we deliver a fixed-price proposal that itemizes every trade, every material, and every contingency. No "TBD" lines, no time-and-materials gotchas.
Approve and schedule
If the estimate works, we sign a contract, pull permits if needed, and lock in a start date. From there your project is on the same in-house schedule — one foreman, one team.
